Unable to Launch Game !

i just brought it and install this game into my com
and i launch the game and a sign of rig n roll appear after that black screen with a "ting" sound. and the whole thing just hang.
i have to do ( Alt + Crtl + Del) to get out ...

what should i do?
i need help a-sap because i really wanna get to play.
