I had a look at the Boostep... good if it is true

the item was added on Jan 19, there is no image and the price, including postage) for the CE seems to come in at less than the Australian download version (which is a good thing)

it rings a bell though (its a almost too good to be true bell)

information on the site also suggests the CoD has been region locked, along the same three region system bluray uses

They also have an Australian page for the website , so no translation problems there. The Collectors set, including postage is only a few dollars more than the Australian download price! And Gonk, they take Paypal. The address of this wonderful website is boostep.com. Are they any good? Have no idea, but worth a look.
Sounds good to me. I've payed using Paypal (never had a problem with Paypal ,Even got money back from bad ebay deal). Still if you wait maybe with all the noise UBI.AU will make things right.

Another Collectors Boxed Set coming to Australia from Finland! And only 2 dollars more than Ubisoft Australia's download!! Pre-order in and paid. Thanks to RAAF Smouch for finding this site and posting it.
Final thoughts on the whole Ubisoft debacle. Walking into several bookshops in a small country town today, I noticed more books than ever on the Battle of Britain, Spitfires, Hurricanes, etc. With the 70 year anniversary last year and a large range of new books on display, how would anybody even know that this game is available. I walked past the local games shop. Nothing, of course. Unless you know about the IL 2 websites you would never find out about it! I feel that Ubisoft are doing Oleg and 1c a great disservice in the way they have handled this.
There, I feel better already. Thanks to all, cheers.

I would like to ask why UBI does not ll allow download purchasing of CoD for South America? I checked the site and they not sell via download for South America. Shame.

"Who will be making this title?"

Good one UBI.

Pitiful. It really makes you wonder what kind of clowns are running the show.

Maddox would have been better doing online distribution themselves. At least then they would get the profits, not hand over the biggest cut to Ubi.
