I haven't gotten this far yet, so forgive me for that
 . And I know it's an olde post, but I love Konung, and no one posts here  .I think you need your own town to leave the healer at, or you may be able to talk to her to leave her behind. You can talk to followers by pressing control and then left clicking on them. You can't use the magic stones, because the followers are afraid of magic!  At least I think all are, I know some are. I can't use them either when I have followers following me.
