If March release is true: it is last moment to present "new clouds"... or admit that there are no "new clouds"... no diversity in clouds shapes.
That is my point...Do you really think that Oleg would release a game that does not look as good or better in terms of clouds and weather than 1946 ?
Or Birds Of Prey to witch SoW has allways been compared ?Do you think that during the 6 years of making CoD (SoW) nothing as been done regarding the clouds ?
Remember the pilot bailout movie ? The ground detail, trains, trucks and the selection of trees and leaves... Do you beleive Oleg would have done this in priority to a new weather system...?
It is a flight simulator, and 90 % of the action will be in the air...So...I presume that Oleg is aware of this...

It will be gorgeous... Oleg's reputation is at stake here....And he's a brilliant man....So brace for inpact...

Salute !

Oleg has had alt least one team member programming clouds and weather for 5 or 6 years.

They won't look like IL2 clouds.

Stop worrying about it.

There is Chinese saying... it is better to see once - than to hear 100 times.

I have no intention to discuss Oleg's personality, team structure, timing of features,...etc.

Just as a faithfull fan of Il-2 series, I pointed to reality fact:
So far there are no variety of clouds...

They could be added later on or not... but it is "a bit strange" that team has developed: hangar doors, flak guns, trains, armored vehicles,....and many, many "periferal features"... without key elements:

- later versins of Me-109E (even better 109F)
- Clouds environment (as visual priority in 2011 graphics)

Just my rational view of current situation... no hard feelings.

One thing OM said seems to be forgotten:
when we get to see the final product we will get many surprises!
As i don't think that the surprises will be of the negative kind, we cannot expect to see CoD in its final glory until it's installed on our rigs!

This whining is amazing. And the game isn't even out yet..
I love it. I can't wait to see "how porked the ME 109:s FM is compared to Hurricane"-Threats with wikipedia links.
I remember old days@UBIZOO.. It was pure fun to look that teh P-47 won teh war. It made my day several times after having a bad day at the werks.
It is pretty stupid to compare CoD with IL2. Since they are all different games. Even Oleg and the Team has made them both.
We all know that UBI haven't been the most customer friendly company, but the DRM thing is over according their announcement.
I ordered the Collectors Edition and i'm counting days....

Where did you actually played the game? I'm jelous.
Is out in Russia?
And if is not out, how on earth you can tell what is missing?
By looking at few screenshots..... I don't think so.
My teenage friend, you need to have patience.
I want CoD to have mapmaking tools, but i can wait...2 weeks easily.
