I would like to ask, can you say if Ubi or you guys will be making a better trailer video than what was shown with the announcement? I know it was made with old beta on Ilya's crappy PC, and it shows. Look at the youtube comments, a lot of them are saying how crappy the game looks, if you want sales then you may want to yell at Ubi marketing and get a proper trailer made with high settings and AA.

Thanks for update. Are those screenshots represent game at it's "almost final" state? If not what major changes/upgrades can we expect? For me it's a mix of excellent and mediocre visuals. I'm pretty sure lots of feats will be upgraded or added by moders, but I'm curious what can we expect out of the box.

PS. I've already pre-ordered collector's edition

Guys, Oleg has posted some screenies that show what Cliffs of Dover will be. Most are done with a standart crapy PC but a few have been done with a high end PC, Oleg explained why he doesn't make this yet : At a moment, it was to keep the best for the end, and now, it's because of logistic reasons. (the top end PC are for the devs, not to do some screenies...) But i assume that the graphics will be at a never done level, so be patient... but prepare you to buy a brand new PC if you want the top of BoB CoD...

People in russia just seem to have no idea of marketing.

I'm sure there are quite a lot of people, especially new to this series or genre, who see those low quality, medieval screenshots, and decide not to buy it, because it really looks not 2007...2010, no way 2011.

These guys are gone then. No money from them.
They won't probably ever take a look at this again.

Conclusion: Holding back stuff is sth. for christmas, but not for serious business.


Ah, Oleg doesn't need the money, he has the new job. Then he really doesn't need to care about how the game sells.
