SW3 stuck at NESF mission AL ZED

the mission is about getting refugee out from al zed ,
but when I get in the system, the npc said"I can't finish
the mission with a negative standing with triada"

but I got a normal relation (yellow) with them!!!
so I went to a ID changing station,blowing some triada ship
on the way,then I fix the MSF and trida status ,but although it
grant me some dialogue with MSF,ship still blow up enterting system.

any idea?
