Yes, triggers will be awesome, esp. if they can be incorporated into the dynamic campaign or online war.

What's about this patch? It was planned to release half year ago! I believe, patch is going to finish, but when ?

Every update since then indicates that it is in testing right now and things are being finished up. It'll be good when it comes... maybe a little while longer yet.
