A poor excuse for not having it.
And I don't spend much time as it is, broken servers is a huge inconvenience for me because I can't just play another time. I'm incredibly busy, and it's not unreasonable to expect to be able to play a game I payed money for when I want to. Especially since I have encouraged many of my friends to get the game as well. You don't seem to be very concerned about your customers, just some friendly advice.
