Has this been common knowledge (and I've been walking around with my eyes closed! ) or has it been recently announced?

Many thanks for the heads up!

Do you hear that, Fezzik? That is the sound of ultimate suffering. My heart made that sound when the six-fingered man killed my father.

Over a year ago i posted up my conversation with James OReilly at ubisoft, they dont come much higher than him hes the group brand manager. Obviously very few on here believed me but now it seems that its finally sinking in that UBI ARE NOT THE PUBLISHERS.
You forgot to say that you have been flamed and offended for it.

Anyway, where can I get my russian copy from?

Neither. Ubi, obviously, has more experience, then, say, DT with premature announcements. So, it is rather smart for them to keep a low profile on this, until the product is ready for PR campaign (from their point of view). Otherwise, they may have gotten into the same swamp, as DT with their/our premature announcement of 4.10 schedule.

PS Official disclaimer. Anything, I may tell you about Ubi relation to BoB is my personal speculation and has no official weight.

After ROF I'm not so scared of always on connections (Not an issue with ROF now). It won't stop me from buying the sim.

Cheers!

One of my favourite things about Il-2 was it's unobtrusive CP.
Plus, picture taking the week off to play BoB when it comes out... oh dear, ubi servers go down like they did with Assassin's Creed.
I still hate the connection aspect of RoF, DCS etc, I just figure life's too short not to play them.

Thumbs down

If Ubisoft is indeed the publisher then I'll not buy BoB - unless the russian version doesn't have Ubi's DRM sh*t and I can get my hands on it (and if I can switch it to german or at least english). I am in no way going to endure that cr@ppy POS Ubi uses to punish honest customers.
