This is a very good item, but not really new - actually it's a part of Gift Bag, which now is incorporated into KBCW. And the composite artifact is much worse, believe me
OK, Bracelet of the Master of Fire, Chaos Crown and Belt of the Student are part of this artifact. Bracelet is so-so, but the crown and the belt are best used alone. And the Gloves (composite) increase damage of spells by 20%, and resistance to astral, magic, fire and poison by 10%.
