hi, I had a similar problem, and I emailed support@1cpublishing.eu

if a men of war key is allreadya assigned to your gamespy account, they will unblock the key from your gamespy account and block your retail key.

how long does it take for them to email back its been about 5 days since i email them and i also emailed gamespy

Oo and also i didnt have a Men of war game i just had Rome total war cd key on my account user: bmxer09 for gamespy and i just got men of war new and it said my Cd key belonged to another account
