Missions not advancing or loading

So I have MoW multiplayer patched and working, and decided to play the campaigns a bit. The russian campaign worked untill the scenario defending Moscow, which didn't advance. The german campaign, first scenario loads to the ui but the map stays black. The allied first scenario doesn't advance after taking out the enemy around the garrison.

Basically the game is not playable in single player. Epic fail 1c.

That should fix it huh? I'll think about it. I've got the multiplayer bit working and I'm worried this patch will screw that up too. There is a distinct confidence gap right now with 1c, which is too bad because the first two installments of this game were absolutely epic for me...
