Bottled Conscience

Hello,

I got a weird problem at the rusty anchor island with the quest Bottled Conscience. One of the ships that are patrolling the area is stuck on a bottle and I can't attack the ship or take the bottle. I'm also getting a short freeze every 5 seconds when I'm in that zone.

Is it somehow possible to reset the quest or the zone?

Have you tried luring the ship away from the bottle from another direction?

I haven't seen this bug myself but I got a similar one - the dragonfly hero on Verona got stuck (won't move for a very long time), until I moved close enough to lure it away. No freezing for me though.

Already tried moving around it, but it doesn't move at all
