Zero care.

Btw, you are aware there is a WoP subforum?

Aware certainly, but there are a lot of people who make Cutom Skins for IL2 who may venture over to the WoP Forums and get involved in skinning some very detailed aircraft. Could be good prep. for SoW in the future?

Cheers, MP

Yeah, sure. You must have some secret insider knowledge, otherwise they could as well stick to IL2 skinning.

Edit: I am an Idiot, I got WoP and BoP mixed up.
WoP has zero connections to 1C, why the f should that be of any relevance for SoW?

Couldn't care less about your opinion or any arcade sims.

Wow!

I've heard of Swiss Roll, but now it looks like I've found Swiss Troll!

Geez Swiss, lighten up. Some of us like to work on skins and when you consider that WoP uses very detailed models (compared to IL2) those who may make skins for BoB may just be interested in seeing how detailed these skins can be and it could be good practice to work on them in prep. for BoB.

However, if you like to keep the blinkers on and stay in you own little zone, please feel free.

Should any news be forth-coming in the future that may be of general interest to the IL2 community and using software licensed from 1C, I'll do my best to make sure I pass your vetting first!

Geez!

I still don't get it.

You recommend skinning for BoP, so the artists can get used to the high details available in BoP?
(-which would make them accustomed to Sow in... what way?)

Is that the point?

Thank you sooo much, that me almost want to care about this other wannabe sim.
Honestly quite a lot a of ppl had some hope in BoP, unfortunately it turned out to be a pure arcade sim.
I really doubt you'll find a lot of people who have both programs on their HDD and actually still play both of them.

We're talking of two completely different worlds - but anyway, I wish all the best recruiting competent skinners.
I'm done here, the thread is all yours.

Swiss, we get it, you don't care. We're bored of hearing the many ways that this doesn't interest you.
Nearmiss stated recently that discussion of any flight-sim is relevent here; mystic was just giving a useful heads-up.

I would never had a problem with his post, if there wasn't the hint to SoW.
In fact, that was the only point which p.m.o.
