what did you do to keep alice? and did you kill min imu or have you also just found his daughter tan?

I think what I did for that quest was, chose to wait in the first system out of Cadenoa when given the chance (I think it's Uhle system?) Anyway, fly to the middle of the system and Aja ends up meeting the younger Imu sister, who reveals that Min's death is not the worst pain she can inflict on him. Basically, you agree to leave Min alone, in exchange for information on his accounts and the promise that she leaves Triada... basically, that fight never happens.
I never had Alice asking to leave the group, because it was covered in the endimg movie I earned that Triada was dealing with what's his name underneath Trump, in the MSF, which had to do with Marika's disappearance... I wager that if this information is brought up before the end, it would cause Alice to depart on this mention beforehand.
As far as defeating SAM goes, you really should try to use bombs on him. My experience concerning weapon types reacting to a shield is, for some reason only particle turrets do any noted damage to a shield (they seem to resist all kind of damage even without laser-inhibitors). This is easily solved, of course, by teaching Kalem his Depolarizer perk and wielding it against the Manticore. You can also use Hacker Attack skill, if your main character specialised in systems operation.
