Need a help: Some special type of buildings

This is titled:
"Here is an old photo of Hawkinge, showing the fuel dump (mound) on the left, and the small fire tender building, in front of No1 Hanger. Number 1 Hanger survived the war."



This shows the same fuel dump now (thanks to David Cotton for both images). He has his fingers on the rails for the aircraft hanger door.
