Flight ability confirmation given by the game

A nice idea, but I'd think it would be difficult to make it foolproof - it isn't hard to identify a particular PC, but how would the game be able to tell who was on it? Still, if everyone has an online server password and unique name, this would help.

I'd have thought that if a squad wasn't sure about someone's flying ability, a quick online test flight or two with just the noob and a squad member would soon show any problems.
