Just purchased Star Wolves I and II through Steam, major error in the game

eh, i have the game on steam as wel and encountered this as well

when you validate star wolves 1 youl see that 1 file is missing

but strangly enough when you load the game and load your profile the bug is there again (and the file gone again)

i reinstalled the game and it worked for me
despide me been a starwolve lover, i loved 1, but 2 just well basicly sucks, cause the game has ends out of nowhere (story) i tried to find some guides on the web but did not find any, so if anyone can help me with that (i picked the pirate path)

and ofc there more strange bugs wich for some reason is still not fixed.
i love the game but star wolves 2 has more bugs then 1 :s so i hope 3 is better
