Nice! Hopefully we can keep the pressure on them so they don't think we'll just give up and go away.

I want the truth!

At last a response! Unfortunately, Anton has comfirmed in previous replies that 505 were in receipt of patches for both platforms. Why say that they are looking into 'the development of a patch' and also silence the devs? I suspect they are feeling the pressure given that, till now, thay have never replied to a single enquiry. Hopefully 1C will get a response giving more details but untill then we shout as loudly as possible and give them a tough time. I have had a reply from MS saying thet they are prepared to help once they are satisfied that the we have exhausted all attempts to resolve this issue through 505's support dept. 'Which we have!' -was my reply! Give 505 a bit more time but I agree that we don't let them of the hook too easily and keep up the pressure as it is providng results!

Hi Evangelus, could you please post the “reply from MS” that you received?

Also, should this new email from 505 be forwarded to MS?

Interesting, I just went to my email and have two replies, one from 505 and another from MS.

505 - the same as above (never had one in the past)

MS - this one is a downer as it relates to my reply where I advised them that we had exhausted all lines of enquiry with 505 support. I won't let them of the hook on this and will send a list of the signatories to our forum petions page if necessary, I hope it will not be necessary and that MS will respond positively as they grant the licences for their platform.

MS 2nd reply. We are unable to answer your request regarding IL2 BOP as it was published by a company other than Microsoft. Please note that we cannot interfere with their procedures and policies.

Kind regards,

Rania Othman.

The fact is we have caused some ripples....might need a few waves though but lets see if 505 get the message that we are a pro-active group even though we are a small one!

Sounds like people are checking in with their “Legal Departments”…this is good. It means we are making some decent “noise”…

Good work Evangelus.

See if i get another reply soon.

We should keep pooling all our resources together, were doing a great job so far, 360 and PS3 players on our part.
