I have a lot of fun in the 109G-2; great power, climbing, diving, turning and centrally mounted armament makes for dogfighting joy. Also I'm not the world's most skilled pilot so the 109's stability makes them a natural choice for my skill level. The later 109 makes are heavier and not as good turners, but the earlier ones aren't as fast, so I go with the G-2. I just wish we had the damned cockpits!

Some beautiful planes are in the pacific. The title still goes to the hurricane for me. But in the pacific.... i like the SBD dauntless dive bomber. Just looks mean!!

I wasnt going to mention the hurricanes in burma, dutch east indies, singapore.....

The kittyhawk (warhawk) is a nice looking plane, but i saved that one for the african theatre, Thats where i'd chose it as the best looking plane.....

second to the hurricane
