If we are all in agreement for a post/letter drive I say we get this moving. I think we should come up with a list of bullet points for our letter/posts. Once we have that we will need an English Major or someone with strong grammar skills to put this together. (sorry I'm an IT guy) From there we can assign a couple of people to do the postings. (if we are mailing, I say the more the merrier, I can host a word doc online for everyone to access to print and send) We should also come up with a list of sites we want to send this to... both posts and emails.
Sorry if I'm jumping the gun or stepping on anyones toes but I want to get this out of planning asap! The quicker the better. I'll also create a list of potential online places to post our letter. If you guys don't like this idea just let me know and i'll drop it. Thanks for any input. Great job, jkerr419!
 I agree, we need to get this out of planning as soon as possible (but still not rushing it). I'm not the great at organizing big things like this, but tell me what I need to do for this and I'll help out.

I received a response from 505 Games today via email
