Yeah, huge pain. I encourage the rest of you to submit support tickets as well. You don't even need an account, just an e-mail address. Here's what I sent them, feel free to just copy it:

Myself and another person with the crash issue stop experiencing it when we roll back to version 191.07, so we're lead to believe there is a bug between 195.62 and King's Bounty: The Legend.
