You do lose sight of the target and ground though - it does make a difference IMO. But everyone is in the same boat so...

Yes, that's the point. No more looping around each other at max g, cause you can't see. It's easier to switch direction and lose the opponent, but harder to figure out where the shots are coming from.

Also some of the planes are performing differently. And in order to be able to see, people have to keep their speeds lower or turn slower. This makes the vertical maneuvering more realistic and more dangerous, which affects tactics. For example, in 4 hours today, not one spitfire managed to make a vertical turn and dive on me. They ended up too slow after climbing, making themselves an easy target.

Yes everybody's in the same boat, but it's not the boat everyone was in for most of the tournament. Some players won't even be able to see v1.01 for the next couple days.

Yeh it should be. ill probs be on getting some airtime on the P-51 most o the week so if you see me before give me a shout!
