Maybe you need to update your driver.

I have Radeon 2600XT 512mb PCI E. I never had a single problem. I have rain and all else that is supposed to be in the game.

I got Latest Drivers..

Graphic card is good enough to play game. Max setting don't solved my problem...

THIS GAME MUST BE FIXED

What are you talking about? I got 6GHz PC (two cores), good graphic card, enough ram...
