Can you change planes if not playing online?

So I've unlocked all these planes, but they are just sitting there in the hangar. I don't play online.

Am I stuck with just looking at them, or is there a way to change to different planes if one doesn't play online?

Only in training mode I'm afraid.

I have Xbox 360.

I don't see how to change planes in the tutorial either. No option is offered so I'm locked into the Hurricane, Spitfire and Blenheim. How would I change planes in the tutorial then?

You can't. The only modes where you can choose your aircraft are Training (not the tutorials) and online.
