You should do some digging around and find a phone number and call the publiser and Xboxlive.
If you can pull off say,,,,, 15 calls a day , per person, to both,,,,, it may make a difference. I watched ps2 battlefield(modern combat) fans, clog EA's phone lines so bad that EA patched a 4 year old game just for those fans ! They fixed all the glitches and everything. It was the most amazing case of NAGGING by fans of a game,, that I have ever seen in 30 years of gaming !
