Exclamation Problem with Zoom option

Here is a problem that i've noticed a long time ago. I think it is a bug but I ask the community knowledge to decide whether it is worth informing Devs.

In cockpit view (virtual or not) When you are zooming while turning you see that you instantaneously lost lot of radius/degree in your turn.

In other word :
Without the zoom If your sights is right on your target while turning,
you will see that your sight will fall behind whenever you are zooming. meaning that you can shot down a target whithout the zoom. but with the zoom your bullets will fall behind.

Clear?

This is not logical at all. And it makes zooming not very efficient during a dogfight Indeed.

i have a problem of my view not switching back to the 12 o clock position but instead it has me staring up at about 10 o clock high. Gets a bit annoying sometimes.

As for what your saying...i roughly understand what you mean. Maybe some input from the others will help you some more

Did you draw that yourself? Its n amazing piece of artwork, captures the moment so well, and the reflector gunsight looks incredible. The amount of detail is superb, im impressed

All joking aside, i know what you mean now.

I cant comment really because i've not used the control pad for such a long time. I use the saitek joystick and as your probably aware it has some issues..... zoom being one of them. So i cant really zoom in with the joystick to comment. Sorry.

I'll maybe have a quick game with the pad and see where i end up

Thank you You know I do not deserve such merits, I am just an advanced user of Windows Paint. And I've got a Motto "Whenever you do something, do it well"

Look how the planes are perfectly similar I 've just found that you can copy/past in Paint. That's just Incredible.

Besides, I've got the Saitek AV8R on X360 as well... and I have no problems to zoom (apart if you are left handed). what's your issue ???

I have the right hand on the stick, with that i can use right hand digits for buttons on the stick (not on base)

And the left hand is throttle.

So im pretty occupied here and to get to the zoom button (bottom right of control base) is just awkward when in the middle of combat.

Although the target view is impossible to reach, the excellent hat switch makes up enough for me. I don't use the target view at all. It's just that the map is also so impractically located .
