If the game is set for 1945, the BNZ tactic isn't going to be very successful in a 109F anyway -- as most of the planes you'll be flying against are faster than you anyway.
Like a few have already said -- G6 and the K4 are good BNZ planes. If the 190D9 were modeled accurately, it would be an even better choice - as it can outdive everything except a P-47 -- and has the balls to climb with anything but a K4.
