Why is the Ta-152H-1 so slow?

I was expecting it to be mega fast! needless to say I was very disappointed.

I'd read that it was one of the fastest propeller driven planes of the war and even had two boosters which meant it could reach speeds of upto 470mph at high altitude and 350mph at low altitude. I'd also read that the only allied plane that could match it was a late war P-47.

Even with WEP engaged in realistic mode it doesn't reach anywhere close to these speeds except in a dive of course.

Anyway I'm generally disappointed with the FW 190 series of planes in the game.

On a positive note I think the game is excellent. The update can't come fast enough though!
