Regarding the price setting, from threads on here and at yuplay I'm led to believe that its Sony that set the price, yet when I look at the EU PSN blog for this weeks update I see a comment from who I believe is the PSN Store manager in reply to someone who complains that the fallout dlc is too expensive :

Again, WE do NOT create the prices for 3rd party content, therefore we are NOT ripping you off.

So, who exactly does set the prices for these dlc packs?
