If you are talking about the P-47, there is no other way than the DLC. Devs comfired this. Cmon house, you make enough money with your diagnostics, im sure you can miss 5 bucks. or borrow them from wilson

lol, I'm sure House regrets his decision on a gamertag, unless he likes all these constant analogies to the show.
