I agree, they don't. Although given that COD hasn't lived up to their or our expectations, and we are relying on the sequel to improve things, a tiny bit of communication would be nice. Even if it was just to say: here's where we're at, it's too early to give timescales on the sequel but we're still working on it. We'll be back in 3 months with another small update.

Someone must be home ...I politely asked a similar question a week or so ago ( very politely I might add..) and had the post deleted by one of the editors...so someone must be at least looking at these posts from time to time...I really wish Customer relations were better- more sophisticated...or have a few pics from BoM from time to time ...sigh...

Unless 1C are deleting threads without trace we only soft delete so we can look at each others moderation decisions
and keep track of reported posts and PM's etc so there always a permanent record of deleted posts for scrutiny if another moderator needs to help.
