Repka Steppe Mission - please try it and have fun

New version 1.11 is up on Repka #3.

Main news:
- bonus planes (Spit IIa and 109E4) are available at all airfields now.
- limit of simultaneously available bonus planes incrementally increases each mission for both sides a bit.
- too keep all your bonus limits to the next mission you have to stop enemy bombers. If enemy bombers bomb the objective your limit is reset to minimum.
- you are informed about availability of a limited plane upon entering one. Please read the message and do not use a plane if it is out of stock.

This is a candidate to be put up on Repka #2 as well, please test it and give feedback too speed up development.

i always CTD or get timed out from server after about 30m in... fun while it lasts though
not clear what to do to overcame this

Sorry to hear this. Do yo mean Repka #2 or #3 which runs with external views?

Does it happen when you use external views?

Does it happen on other servers? On Repka #1, ATAG, or other servers with ext. views ON?

Try reinstalling all and every program from this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\redist

Search for newer versions of these programs on the Internet (MS site, etc.).

Try reinstalling video drivers.

I do have CTDs myself but usually when I use external views. Thus I try to avoid them.

it was Repka 2 steppe Full Realism
it happened before on other servers as well but rarely, on R2 it went down 3 of 3 times for me; but on ATAG no problem. i also usually don't use externals even when available, at least in mid flight.
drivers are latest beta (nvidia)

i'll check again on R2 shortly, if it keeps happening i'll see if that "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\redist" folder makes any difference and get back to you

Please send your crash dumps to luthier. Some people who send many crash dumps during betas report that they do not have crashes any more which means that those problems were fixed.

If you ever experience a crash, we want to see your crash dump! There is a
Cppcrash
Folder under your main game install
([Program Files]\Steam\steamapps\common\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover)
Which contains a .dmp file for each game crash.
We’re very interested in those. Please forward them to

along with your system specs and the description of what you were doing at the time of the crash.
NOTE: we will be looking at all your crash dumps, but I may not necessarily be able to answer general questions or suggestions (while I do read them all)

Spent a very enjoyable hour and a half on this server tonight Ataros. Very good fun. The map gives space to climb, position and hunt without having to fly around for ages without seeing anything. The bomber hunt or bomber escort seems to provide something for everyone with some good action.

Technically I had no problems whatsoever. No huge stutters or freezes, fairly smooth all round for CoD and I quite like the settings. There's definately a place for a server with externals and limited, friendly icons.

After flying the E4, the Spit 1a and Spit2a I'm starting to appreciate some of the concerns people have with the performance of some of these 'planes!

R2 has 'fullreal' settings, R3 runs the same mission with external views ON and limited friendly icons.
