Describe issues with BOB COD that need patch - for Oleg, Luthier

- AI needs an update. They like to spray their guns and don't use short bursts. They also have a real tendency to crash (follow the leader all the way down when it crashes). On other occassions they crash into wingmen or enemy fighters.
- GPU related: gpu does not - always - raise the clock to 3d peformance levels. Stranger still is the fact is when it does, after closing the game and back to the Windows desktop the gpu stays at 100% load and the clock does not step back to, in my case 157MHz.
- edit: I'm using Windows 7 64 Home edit.: is it normal when the game starts up, the windows task bar remains visible? Is this a feature or a bug? I would have expected to initialize to full screen and take over the desktop.
