You're running Win XP so you don't have UAC.

The problem I think is that your video card, it's not supported.

Even though it has the features required, your particular model is not listed as being supported.

You need a fairly beefy system to run this sim and yours is way down the line in terms of grunt. I'd suggest upgrading if you want fly seriously.
