I think what the OP was trying to say is that reporting bugs is good, talking about things that can improve is good, getting angry and posting stuff about problems that they already know about is pretty bad.
I am pretty new here but it is painfully obvious that some don't want anything more than something to complain about, they just want to vent and pretend that they are "reporting bugs" or some other nonsense.
The constructive critique is good, the outright whiny and angry responses to bugs we all already know about is getting us nowhere.
The response on this topic is enough proof that some don't want civil discourse, they just want anger.
