Give up the whining

There are still a lot of posts about wanting this or that fixed. Stop wacking the dead horse people, Luthier stated that once the final patch was released to Steam that was it as far as C.o.D. was concerned. You can keep on complaining now as long as you want, if Luthier is going to keep his word on this (only he would know that), what you see now is what you get.

Try and work around your problems, if you can't, uninstal the sim then you won't have anything to complain about.

The next patch (once again if we can believe Luthier) will be called Battle for Moscow (or whatever)
If his statement about the final patch to Steam is valid you're not going to get anything else fixed till then.

If he had done that in the first place no whining would be necessary.

Also, making your own thread to whine about people whining is productive.

CLOD is a test for BOM, so knowing about current and remaining bugs might help the development of the sequel.

+1

Even if they dont get fixed for CloD, posting about these notes may go along way with the sequel...

A lot of you seem to forget that the sequel is going to be a new graphics engine which will produce a lot of new problems. Bringing up that this or that doesn't work in C.o.D. hoping that these will be looked at now won't be relevant in the sequel. New graphics engine is not going to run smoothly first up, those that believe that it will have their heads in the sand.
Look what has happened with this production, 18 months and development has been abandond with C.o.D. as we know it at the moment.
The sequel is promised to include C.o.D., that's when you may see the features and improvements that a lot are posting about. Nothing is going to happen with the current release, I don't care how much recussitation you try to give it, it's dead.

How do you know what kind of graphics engine will be used in BoM?

Feathered_IV 10-19-2012 09:58 PM

Another new graphics engine? Hilarious!

Continu0 10-19-2012 10:02 PM

give up whining... because now it is REALLY pointless....

(or you can´t rationally argue for whining...)

priller26 10-19-2012 10:16 PM

A new graphics engine for BoM? That ought to be a real treat. I had already wrapped my mind around BoM using CLoDs engine with more improvements, an entirely new engine sounds like the spanish inquisition part two.

Well done OP...

Completely pointless and a nice show of..you ain't got a clue what yer talking about so take yer anti whine post somewhere else theres a good fellow
