how to see others while blacking out

I'm hoping for Birds of steel they can implement black outs much better with an increasing tunnel vision effect, with the black being solid so you can't cheat with the brightness control.

first of all it has nothing to do with updates, its to do with your tv, and secondly it dont make the game look a washed out grey mess, and 3rd cheating come on i dont think so, its info for the user that everybody should no?
