Make it a cert 15 and add more gore

Isn't it time for flight sims to grow up and add more pilot damage effects etc?
Some swearing in russian or german as the pilot lands gear up would be funny.Blood on the canopy or shouts ect?
Why is the il2 series and sow aimed at kids with ages 7+ on the box? why not cert 15 or 18?.
