When I select map it will not close without hitting the back button then it puts you in cockpit view every time. Its annoying as hell.
i figured out the map thing. Its only on missions with "Tactical Respawns" When you have the map open you can switch between your pilots still in the air. But like you say it's very annoying. Especially on Sim when it's the only way to see where people are
