Black screen and only sound...

I know this is a known problem and people have gotten it fixed on their computers but I just cannot get it fixed on my computer! I've tried all the different methods that other guys have tried in order to fix it but none of them have worked for me. Could any help me with this or atleast tell me the methods they used?? Thanks for your time!

For the black screen? Many, many other people have been having this problem and have not had to drop several hundred dollars to upgrade their PC to the recommended specs. thanks

Okay well my operating system is Windows 7 32-bit. Ill have to get back to you on the CPU and RAM.
