Black screen and only sound...

I know this is a known problem and people have gotten it fixed on their computers but I just cannot get it fixed on my computer! I've tried all the different methods that other guys have tried in order to fix it but none of them have worked for me. Could any help me with this or atleast tell me the methods they used?? Thanks for your time!:)

Okay well my operating system is Windows 7 32-bit. Ill have to get back to you on the CPU and RAM.
