i give example why i made this topic:
-Mixture Control: i have Mixture on a slider. when i put it forward the digital engine info window says 100% . so far , so good. Now, in Hurricane/Spitfire/Blenheim if i set my slider forward (100%) i get LEAN mixture. Because the slider simulates the movement of the 3D cockpit lever, that gives, if it is forward, LEAN mixture. In the FIATs , lean mixture is also forward in the 3D cockpitlevers. BUT, the 3D cockpitlevers move opposite to my slider. So, if i move my slider forward, the ingame 3D cockpitlevers are moving back to give REACH misture (100%). Make the 3D cockpit levers moving logical to what you want with moving your gamecontroler please. Just to mention it, the Italian /and Tiger Moth) 3D cockpit Throttle levers also moving backwards if you move your controler forward......................... -Open Bombdoor: He111 and Ju88 have a crank for opening the bombdoors. In the He111 the "toggle open/close" works, in the Ju88 not....................... there are propably other examples, but at least my metioned are the most important (ok, for me ![]() Perhaps you could consider to make the control ligic even, espacially the mixture please. |

I agree that the function and direction of the slider on my joystick should be the same as in the cockpit for the plane that I'm flying at that moment. At the moment I've encountered that I have to use the opposite direction for the 109 and 110. Of course I could reverse the axis but then I get the same problem for the Hurricane.
I still have to test if this has something to do with an outdated configuration file because I have cloud synchronization off. |

no, its a bug...
but with that logic, you would have to use your gamecotnroler throttle BACK to get full throttle in the Tigermoth and italian planes.... i personyl want to fly through my controlers, not through the cockpitlevers. But thats me ![]() 1C should just hanlde the cotrols similar for all planes............. |

I agree about the levers.
I don't agree about the manual controls though, like the bomb-bay doors you mentioned, because it's already working as it should: the bomb bay doors work fine in the Ju88, you just have to map separate "open/close" commands and keep it pressed, because it was manually operated by the bombardier by turning a hand-crank. It works the same way the flaps works on the 109 ![]() |

Just invert correspondent axis for your controller (HOTAS, quadrant...) and play like in RL. ![]() Dont make sense change this in game, just for "gameplay". Sokol1 |

i am not questioning how something is working, it just should work the same way for all planes. OK, the digital "reading" of 0% for a Rich misxture, that is questionable ![]() |

I suggest making a controller profile for each plane or general type, that way you can reverse axes or use differnt switches/axes for different planes.
I currently have separate controllers for Spit+hurri/blenheim/ju87/ju88/bf110/bf109 Its a simple matter to select the profile in game (though I hope one day they make a function where you can assign a particular setup to a particular plane automatially) then you will have the correct controls for each plane and how you want them. |
