It turns out that for reds Spit2 is a great and very motivating reward for achieving objectives because it is kinda imba. For blue it probably can be Stuka (or even E3) as it is also very unbalanced.
On one of servers Spit2 is available as a bonus for capturing blue airfield. This creates fierce fighting for it.
Number of available bonus planes can be limited in script.
