finding items?

Does anyone remember where do to find the items skeleton archers and other archers benefit. I happen to know that these items are: isharra's whip, assassin's dagger, and the dragon arrows, anyone care to hint me??:grin:

Are you sure Dragon Arrows is an artifact? I only know the spell (and its VERY handy I'll admit :D)
