How do you unlock the Me109 g-10/k4 and the fw 190?

I haven't unlocked the G10 or K4 yet, but the FWA5 is unlocked in Single Mission, after completing I believe the fighter mission in the Battle of the Bulge. I'm not sure, but it was some where in the Battle of the Bulge. :D

well in the battle of the bulge I got the fw190 D and the Arado 234

I'd like to know how you unlock the 109 K-4 too. A guy in another thread completed the whole campaign in Simulation and didn't unlock it.
