Just wondering if there are options for hosts to determine how the game is played.

I'm assuming you can create sim-only games flying over map X, but on top of that can you say...

Define the era in which you're playing. (1943, for example, and have only aircraft from that year and prior available).

Define the countries available to select aircraft from?

Lock the cockpit on. In Sim mode you can fly around using the cockpit free view which gives a SERIOUS advantage to anyone who isn't. Could a player leave that open or make everyone playing HAVE to use the cockpit view?

As I said on another post...really looking forward to the game. Just bought my Ace Edge stick, can't wait to play the first proper flight sim to come to console. Long time fan of the original.

Locked to cockpit only won't happen, some of the planes don't have a cockpit.

the view can still be locked to cockpit only even if the plane has no canopy.

What I meant was the interior view doesn't exist for some of the planes, and they have to rely on the virtual cockpit only.

Really? Hmm, ok.

Yes, Anton confirmed it when people where asking why the P51 had a P47s cockpit. Some planes use other aircraft's cockpits, and some don't even have this.

Being a huge fan of cockpit views I have to admit that I played mostly on the virtual cockpit view in simulation mode. First of all getting the trim right in cockpit view appears harder to me and second finding targets is much more difficult.

Switching to cockpit view in sim mode is the next step up for me :)
