i solved the first kings quest

but where can i locate his brother
i just can't find him

Carl is in Arlania, the province east (to the right) of Greenwort. His Astrologist's tower is located beyond the bridge, on the northern side of the province.

Look, you can get to his tower easily by sailing from Greenwort to Arlania by boat, disembarking on the beach to the right of the tower with the blue light on top. From the beach walk a few paces inland and turn left to the king's brother's tower. It really should not be hard to find at all!

Sorry! Of course you are right! Carl is to the right from the magic tower. It's easy to find. My bad, sorry again for the wrong info :)

Each spirit needs to be persuaded. Talk to them and they will tell you what they want, e.g. the first spirit wants you to do a battle with mages...

Click him...click all of them, in fact, to learn what they want/need to be willing to serve you.

Search every corner of Freedom Isles and you'll find them. :grin:

When you 'get' the box, all 4 spirits will already be in it, just they will not let you subdue them just like that. You will have to perform certain..actions to make them follow your commands. So, get the box, present it to Darion, and talk with the spirits (lower-left corner of the character screen, just click on their portraits). I think, you can 'use' the first two ASAP, but for the last two (Lina and the 'fat guy') you will need to progress through the game some more.
The first missions to unlock the first two spirits are easy enough, don't worry :)

You get the rock straight away after accepting his challenge, you get the skraag or whatever he is after feeding him a sufficient ammount of royal snakes or poisonous spiders, you get Lina when you first get to dwarf lands, you get the guardian after defeating the demons besieging the dwarven castle. Both of the latter are impossible to miss as they are on the way of the main quest.

Oh, quest related, sloppy reading on my part. The Lucky guy is in East Freedom Islands, in the mines. I can't remember who Redbeard is though, I'll tell you if you elaborate a bit.

No, the mine is not the museum. The mines are on a separate island. You'll have to fight a few neutral stacks to get to the cave entrance, inside which is Lucky's castle. If I recall correctly, Redbeard's house is also on this island, they are old enemies I think.

Do you read the quest texts at all? You're supposed to get that information from there. Anyhow, the way to Kordar is through Arlania.

Looks to me like you don't understand any part. :P Go to Arlania, enter the mines, you'll get to Kurdar eventually.

Well, it's okay to ask questions when you're really stumped. But if you ask them without having explored sufficiently, it will spoil your enjoyment of the game.
