Ive read alot about this spell but where do I get it? I am in the elven lands.

I found mine in one of the shops in elven lands.. or was it land of the dead. One of them anyway.

I was greatly disappointed though. I like my 2600 dmg rain of fire much better :)

It really depends on a lot of things.. mostly randomization, so you might get it somewhat early.. or i suppose you will just get it in the demon lands.
