Where can this be found? i've been looking... is it in Arlania or somewhere else?

yes, it is the cave in Arlania, you leave the castle go left then before the tavern you can go right and there is a cave at the end of that road, guarded by evil beholders. That is the cave.

Thank you very much, I was able to find it with your direcitons! I thought I searched all over, but I missed that corner!

no problem I had a really hard time finding it too.
